Bruyère Continuing Care, a champion of well-being for aging Canadians and those requiring continuing care, was recently presented with a $100,000 donation from The Cowan Foundation. This contribution will fund ten Bruyère Best Evidence Review Group studies that will help improve the quality of life for those in long-term care.

Susan Novo, Manager, Health & Disability, Cowan Insurance Group (Ottawa office) was live on air representing The Cowan Foundation at the 11th annual Bruyère Continuing Care Radiothon in Ottawa on May 21st, to reinforce the great work they are doing. Thanks to 580 CFRA listeners and Ottawa’s generous community, Bruyère raised 5.3 million dollars in support of life changing patient care and research.

We are proud to contribute to these studies that have the potential to impact regional, national and international practices.
