The Cowan Foundation and the Stratford-Perth Family YMCA, a charity and active part of the Stratford community since 1869, are joining forces to better serve Stratford and area youth. Last week, The Cowan Foundation presented a cheque for $37,500 to the YMCA to assist in the revitalization of its Stratford Youth Centre.
