Over the past four years, The Cowan Foundation has contributed a total of $100,000 to the launch and ongoing operation of Capacity Waterloo Region. The Foundation is proud to have played an instrumental role in establishing the permanency of such an outstanding organization focused on bringing together the ideas, people and resources that drive social change.
